Tip Dyed Saddle Fringe-LV-PU

Tip Dyed Saddle Feather Fringe is approx 6-8" inches long by 1 yard (3 feet) wrapped on a card and is perfect for embellishing costumes, garments or accessories.

This handmade Feather Fringe is made from Saddle Rooster feathers that are dyed over natural white feathers that have been sewn into a matching satin-blend, adhesive bias tape for increased feather retention and durability. There are approx. 4 feathers per inch.
