Parried Goose Pallet Feather Fringe - Blue Topaz

This handmade Feather Fringe is made with Parried Goose Pallets approximately 6 inches long and comes on a 1 yard satin-blend bias tape that will match the dyed color of the feather. There are approximately 7-8 feathers per inch. Parried feathers are shaved down the center of the quill to make the feather less stiff and more pliable.
