Rooster Hackle Boas Dyed - Black

Rooster Hackle Feather Boas are 2 yards (6 ft) long, and approx 5-6" in diameter. This boa is dyed over white rooster neck hackle feathers which makes the colors we dye very bright and vivid. Hackle feathers are thin , whispy and pointed at the tip. Hackle boas can be cut with wire cutters without unraveling as feathers are sewn on to a nylon cord and cotton-covered wire. The cotton-covered wire helps the boa keep its shape and not come untwisted.
