Epaulet Frame for Feather Backpack or Wings

This over the shoulder foam, felt, and wire backpack frame makes an excellent base to custom design your own carnival, cosplay or costume wings. There are 4 D-shaped foam panels (5.5 x 8.5"), two in the front, and two in the back, that make it easy to adhere feathers or fringes of your design choice. Thin elastic straps hug across the back, and under the arms to keep this frame in place when worn.This epaulet sits comfortable over the shoulders and fits securely with 3/4 inch elastic straps worn under the shoulders, and two 5/8 inch elastic straps worn across the back to keep the pads in place.
This frame packs flat which makes it easy to store once you have added your feather designs.
Get creative with our selection of Rooster Coque Tail Feathers, Pheasant Tails, Peacock feathers or our Goose Pallet Feather Fringe to design your masterpiece. Using a hot glue gun to secure feathers works best.
